📖 System Guide & Smart Rota Rules
1. Shift Rotation & Single Weekly Off Rule
• Continuous Pattern: Follows `E ➔ E ➔ M ➔ M ➔ N ➔ N ➔ O`.
• Single Weekly Off: Employee ke chosen OFF DAY se cycle sync hota hai jisse hafte me sirf 1 OFF milta hai.
2. Smart Role Allotment Priority
• Step 1 (SIC Priority): Sabse pehle Role 3 (`M3, E3, N3`) allot hota hai.
• Step 2 (Single-Role PIC): Single-role PIC (jaise role `2`) ko pehle priority milti hai.
• Step 3 (Dual-Role Sequence): Dual role (`1,2` ya `3,2,1`) wale employees sequence `E1 ➔ E2 ➔ M1 ➔ M2 ➔ N1 ➔ N2` follow karte hain. Agar single role `2` present hai to dual-role automatically `1` cover karega.
3. Finalized Rota & Official Data Source
• Month Finalize hone ke baad Rota History Snapshot official source ban jata hai. Dashboard, Extra Duty Register, Finalized Leave Records aur Analytics wahi se link hote hain.
Employee Master Data
Role codes: 1 = BSVI SRU PIC, 2 = OLD SRU PIC, 3 = SIC. Modifying Roles or OFF DAY immediately recalculates the Active Rota.
