🔐 Multi-User Permissions
• Admin (Default PIN: 1234): Full access to edit Employee Master, reset employee PINs, and approve/reject all leave requests.
• Employees (Default PIN: 0000): Can login to their individual profile. They can apply for leave in their own name and can only edit or delete their own leave entries. Other pages (Rota, Holidays, Extra Duty) are open for team collaboration.
• Employee Data Security: Employee PINs and Master settings are strictly visible only to the Admin.
1. Smart Auto-Generation (Greedy Assigner)
Uses the pattern (e.g., EEMMNNO) and dynamically balances multi-role employees to ensure roles M1, M2, M3 are all covered.
Employee Master Data
Role codes: 1 = BSVI SRU PIC, 2 = OLD SRU PIC, 3 = SIC. Employee data modification is restricted to Admin.
